Bruce Keen
Bruce is the founding Director of Keen Planning. He has worked in the industry for over 25 years, in both local government and private practice. He is a highly skilled negotiator and has extensive experience in managing and mediating complex planning projects.
Bruce has an excellent track record at VCAT having presented before the tribunal in over 300 appeals, with a success rate of over 90 percent. He has developed excellent contacts at most councils and is committed to providing the best possible representation to all clients.
Bruce is passionate about his role of facilitating quality designs and realises the importance of a high level of dedication and determination to achieve success.
