Blanche has been with our company since February 2009.  She is often the first contact to our office and solves many problems without the need for more experienced support.  She also provides invaluable planning support to the rest of the planning team.  Blanche has highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills well beyond her years and she is highly positive and motivated and has already become an important member of our team.
