Bruce is the founding Director of Keen Planning. He has worked in the industry for 25 years, with ten years in local government and the balance in private practice. He is a highly skilled negotiator and has extensive experience in successfully managing and mediating complex planning projects. He also has an excellent track record at VCAT having presented before the Tribunal in over 200 appeals, with a success rate of over 90 percent.
He has developed good contacts at most Council’s and is committed to providing the best possible representation to all clients. Through working closely with decision makers, Bruce is determined to demonstrate how the Proven Approach can maximise the chances of success, reduce opposition and minimise the time taken to obtain a permit.
