We worked closely with Council officers to gain the support of the planning department and ultimately achieved a unanimous decision by all Councillors for this three storey development, containing 11 apartments. There were also negotiations with a numbers of objectors surrounding the site.
Located next door to ‘The Pantry’ and the Church Street shops, this property will offer high quality living that incorporates a number of unique features including permeable driveway ramp, feature green wall, three level garden terraces and on site water retention/irrigation system that accounts for the whole site. The development represents an excellent example of appropriate higher density apartment living adjoining a proposed activity centre.
