The proposal was supported by Council, however a condition was placed on the planning permit to delete the fourth storey. As this was critical for the applicant, he approached our office to represent him at VCAT to have this condition removed from the planning permit.

Whilst this was the first four storey building within the immediate area, we were able to convince the Tribunal of the merits of this storey and subsequently the condition has been removed from the planning permit.
