This three storey apartment building was strongly opposed by a large number of  local residents and Bayside Council. The key issue of contention was the extent of the built form and the appropriateness of an apartment building in the area.

The matter was considered at VCAT and our project team included legal representation and a team of experts including traffic, urban design, arboricultural and landscape architecture.
