Containing 25 apartments over 3 levels, this quality development designed by award winning architects, Moull Murray Architects, has just received a planning permit for 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.

Some concerns were raised by local residents during the planning process; however, these were addressed through a range of changes to the building form, including some increased setbacks from boundaries and also improved screening devices.

In addition, three large Oak trees located to the rear of the site were to be retained as it was recognised by the project team that these trees make a significant contribution to the character of the area.  Construction is expected to begin in April 2011.
