Many months of hard work have paid off for the project team, with VCAT approving the proposed three (3) storey apartment building including 28 apartments at 33 Crisp Street, Hampton. 

Whilst this decision may disappoint many of the local residents, we are pleased that our initial advice to our client that this particular site was suitable for a larger apartment building due to its size, context and orientation, along with the strategic backing contained and proposed to be included within the Bayside Planning Scheme has been validated by VCAT.
