This project involved the provision of a first floor addition to the existing dwelling, along with the reconfiguration of the existing ground floor layout. 

As the construction works associated with the ground floor had begun (as a planning permit for these works was not required), our Company was appointed to manage/streamline the planning process so that the construction of the first floor could begin as soon as the ground floor works were nearing completion.   

During the advertising period, the project team spoke with the adjoining property owners who ultimately did not lodge objections and we were then able to convince Council to issue the planning permit in a timely manner.
