These contemporary dwellings designed by John Davey were granted a permit in December 2010. We worked closely with Council and the Architect to ensure that we could gain the support of Council for dwelling facades that were built boundary to boundary.

With minor changes we were able to convince Council that these quality family dwellings would make a positive contribute to the area while achieving our client’s desired outcome.
