With such a small site (180 square metres) and client ambitions of two larger dwellings, we worked closely with the project Architect to develop plans for two, three (3) storey dwellings, each with their own frontage and double garage accessed from the rear.

The contemporary styling and size of the dwellings did challenge Council’s views and there was a range of objector’s concerns to manage, however we were ultimately able to gain the support of Council resulting in the issue of a planning permit.
