The unique façade treatment designed by Michael Branov raised the eyebrows of Council and the adjoining property owners. We were appointed to manage the planning permit application through Council.

We were able to convince the neighbours of its architectural merits and to withdraw their objections by offering a range of changes (such as modifying the proposed boundary treatment) and ultimately convinced Council to support the proposal under delegation. We understand that this project is going to begin construction in late 2011.
