This contemporary side-by-side development comprising 2, double storey dwellings designed by Branov Design was granted a planning permit in October 2011. During the planning permit application process we had to address both the concerns of Glen Eira Council, as it was located in a minimal change area and Melbourne Water, as the site was affected by a Special Building Overlay, while still meeting our client’s objectives.

The application was recommended for approval, subject to a number of unfavourable conditions. We challenged these conditions before the Delegated Planning Committee Meeting and were successful in having them removed.
