If you’re looking for an interesting read be sure to check out this ‘Urban Developer ‘article, which emphasises the rising demand for industrial developments in Melbourne and Australia. Driven particularly by the growth of e-commerce and online stores which demand distribution centres and warehouses as opposed to typical shops, a number of new and exciting industrial developments have been constructed around Australia. One of these new developments includes the $100 million re-invigoration of a historically significant flour mill in West Melbourne (Melbourne’s first ever high-rise silo) with a massive 14,000 square metres of floor area!
We’ve also noticed this trend and have undertaken a number of projects for the development / intensification of industrial sites in both Greater Melbourne and regional areas of Victoria. We’re looking forward to continuing this work and being part of the growth of Victoria’s industrial sector!
