This two-storey urban dwelling is located within Elsternwick Estate Heritage Precinct. The ground floor of the dwelling incorporates a pitched gable roof which presents to the street which is consistent with the heritage character of the area. The first floor is significantly recessed with a contemporary flat roof. The combination of varying roof styles, recessed first floor and mixture of materials including timber and cladding ensure the dwelling sits comfortably within the heritage streetscape and presents as aesthetically pleasing.

Keen Planning were able to manage the Heritage considerations of the proposal and achieve an unconditional permit through Council.
