Bayside Animal Medical Centre has moved into their new premises on Hampton Street in Brighton.

The Vets have been operating out of a much smaller premises nearby for a number of years and it was time to find a new home. We worked with business owner Dr. Jeremy to provide early advice on the appropriateness of the chosen site and guided the proposal through the Planning Application process, which included approval for the use in a residential area, a rear extension and successful negotiations for a reduction in the car parking requirement.
