This exciting premises has evolved from a photography studio to a venue that can now offer a broad range of functions since obtaining planning permission.

We were engaged post lodgement of the planning permit application and represented Rokeby Studios at a Council Mediation Meeting with Objectors and at Council’s Internal Development Approvals Committee. We used our experience to demonstrate the appropriateness of the use in the area and with the support of acoustic advice, Council approved the development.
